Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, not only is Chippewa Valley Handyman Services, LLC licensed and insured, we provide copies on every estimate that our customers receive.
How do you price your jobs?
Our estimates are itemized and provide a detailed description of material, labor, and disposal costs to complete the entire job and are not bound by an hourly rate. This means the price you see is the price you pay. Upon any unforeseen circumstances the Customer will be notified immediately and the price shall be adjusted accordingly.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?
Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for all of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will make it right.
How should the customer request an estimate?
Estimate requests submitted through the website are the preferred method and responses are typically 1-2 days. Email inquiries are the next preferred and responses are typically 1-2 days, however the overall process will take longer to get additional customer information. Finally if the first two options are not available for you please give us a call and leave a message. Only those leaving a message will receive a call back, however response times typically range between 1-2 days.
Do you provide material and supplies?
Ultimately its up to the customer. We will give you a materials list with if you prefer to supply the material, or we can provide material and supplies for a small fee.
